Jacek Bagiński

Jacek Bagiński has been appointed as executive finance director. He is to take over from the current CFO, Maciej Drozd. Jacek has over 20 years’ experience in various businesses operating across Poland and the CEE region, ranging from retail and pharmaceuticals, to oil and gas exploration. He has sat on a number of management boards and has also served in senior management and executive positions in multinational corporations, including PepsiCo and BP/Amoco with responsibility for business development, M&As, financing and taxation as well as financial planning and audit. Before joining EPP he was the CFO of Empik Media & Fashion, one of the largest Polish retail holding companies.
