Ekaterina Zemskaya

Ekaterina Zemskaya has rejoined JLL as regional director and head of the retail group. She has over 12 years of experience in the retail real estate market. In 2004-2012, she worked for JLL as national director and head of shopping centre leasing, during which time she was responsible for such projects as the Galeria and Leto malls in St Petersburg, Royal Park in Novosibirsk, Aura in Surgut, and MoreMall in Sochi. From the end of 2012 Ekaterina worked as a partner at Cushman & Wakefield where she was responsible for such Moscow projects as Metropolis (phase II), Oceania, Horosho! and Vodny as well as for TAU Gallery in Saratov, and Kristall and City Mall in Tyumen.
