Przemysław Wiraszka

Przemysław Wiraszka has been appointed financial analyst. Przemysław is graduated in economics from Warsaw School of Economics and studied for an MBA at Leon Kozminski Academy. He has been involved with the real estate marketfor 10 years. He began his career as a financial analyst at Rezydent, which owns Radisson Blu Gdańsk and Rezydent Sopot, where he was responsible for identifying and implementing new investment projects as well as acquiring bank financing. He was a project manager In Xcity Investment and coordinated investment projects during their preparation, construction and commercialisation. In Hotel Professionals he will be responsible for preparing forecasts, financial analyses and feasibility studies for hotel projects, preparing reports for the hotel real estate market and consultancy services regarding bank financing and managing hotel finance.
