Łukasz Kosonowski has been appointed as a partner and the head of the transaction advisory practice. He is a tax adviser and legal counsel and specialises in corporate income tax, international tax and real estate taxation. He has extensive knowledge of investment taxation, restructuring, due diligence and tax reviews. He advises both individual investors and large institutional clients. He is the author of many professional articles and lectures on corporate income tax and international taxation.
