Adam Janus

Adam Janus has taken the position of business development director and will be responsible for attracting new warehouse projects aligning the developer’s services with the needs of both its existing and potential clients. He has been involved in real estate since 1996 with most of his professional experience having been gained from working for developers of shopping centres, and retail outlets. He has worked at TK Development as a development manager, at Global Partners as a development director, and as a business and development manager at Neinver Polska. Adam is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM), and is also affiliated with RICS. He also holds a real estate agent’s licence from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development. In his new position he will be responsible for the development of warehouse investments and, consequently, for acquiring new clients.
