Magdalena Reńska

Magdalena Reńska has been appointed as a regional leasing director and will be responsible for the lease of projects in the North of the country. She has 18 years' experience in the commercial real estate market in Poland. Prior to joining Skanska, she worked for many years as a national Director at JLL. She is the founder of JLL’s Tri-City team, which was led by her from 2008 to 2016. During her professional career, Magdalena has advised developers on selecting investment plots, establishing functional concepts for office buildings and building commercialisation. Furthermore, she is also an expert in representing corporate tenants during leasing negotiations. She has worked with clients such as Amazon, Sony Pictures Entertainment, KPMG, Bayer, Metsa Group, First Data, and Wipro. Magdalena will be responsible for conducting Skanska Property Poland’s lease strategies for office space located in three markets, namely Łódź, Poznań and Tri-City.
