Ben Maudling

Ben Maudling has been appointed to head Savills operations in Czech Republic and Slovakia. He will be establishing departments covering capital markets, leasing, valuation, building and project consultancy and asset and property management.Ben will be joining Savills after four years at Arcona Capital (formerly Palmer Capital Investments). As managing director and a board member, he was responsible for the investment and asset management activities of the company within CEE. In 2000 he sold Aston, a real estate business that he had established in Prague, to CBRE, and then went on to head the central European investment activities of INVESCO Real Estate.
