Victoria Zadorina

Victoria Zadorina has been appointed director of the office department. She will be responsible for the further development of the project portfolio as well as increasing transaction volumes for the office business in terms of owner services and the office platform. Victoria has eleven years of experience in the real estate market, ten of which at JLL, where she has led key developer accounts and had a major role in client relationship management across business lines. She has taken a major role in such projects as Voentorg (60,000 sqm), Domnikov (150,000 sqm) and Krugozor (50,000 sqm), from their marketing concept development to the actual leasing process. Her key developer accounts include OPIN, Legion Development, KR Properties, Promsviaznedvizhimost’, O1 Properties, Hals Development and A.N.D Corporation. Her leasehold and freehold acquisition transactions total 300,000 sqm and include: Siemens (26,000 sqm), Alfa Bank (22,000 sqm), Techsnabexport (12,700 sqm) and STS (14,000 sqm).
