Katarzyna Stiller-Romanowska

Katarzyna Stiller-Romanowska has been appointed to the position of director of hotel operations. She has worked in the hotel industry for 16 years. Over this period, she has worked for international hotel chains that include InterContinental Hotels Group, Accor Hotels, IBB Hotels and Hilton Worldwide. She has also worked as a hospitality consultant for Colliers International, from which the Hotel Professionals company derives. In 2001 Katarzyna began working in the hospitality sector as she helped to prepare a Holiday Inn hotel for opening in Kraków. In 2003 she took on the position of conference and banquet sales manager as part of the InterContinental opening team in Warsaw. In 2012, she became involved in the opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton Warsaw. As part of the Hotel Professionals Management Group team Katarzyna will be responsible for coordinating the hotel opening for HPMG managed hotels. She will also assist company board members and general directors of particular hotels in operational, administrative and HR matters, as well as be responsible for preparing hotel budgets and sales as well as marketing plans.
