Monika Nowakowska

Monika Nowakowska has been appointed vice-president of board responsible for commercial issues. In her new position she will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of the marketing, sales and purchasing strategy as well as the development of the brands that are exclusive to Natura. In 2011 Monika came third in the ‘100 Women of Business’ ranking which was published by the the ‘Puls Biznesu’ daily. She specialises in optimising the finances of small and medium-size enterprises. From 2014 she was the president of the board at Miraculum, which together with a team of consultants, she successfully restructured.. She graduated in management from the Częstochowa University of Technology.
