Adam Konieczny

AAdam Konieczny has been appointed the development director for Poland and Eastern Europe. He will be responsible for developing new projects through franchise, management and lease contracts. He started his professional career in DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) as a consultant for the hotel industry. In 2012, he was appointed a business development manager for Poland and Ukraine at Christie & Co and in 2013 he was promoted to country head. In 2016 he was involved in the sale of two four-star hotels in Wrocław and Gdańsk while representing an American. He is also a co-founder of the Spotlight Hotel Investment Poland conference. He has extensive experience in the fields of market research for new hotel projects, consultancy on developing and planning hotel projects, real estate valuation and financial review of hotel projects, which he will be using in his new position. Adam graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and Sheffield Hallam University. He also holds a certificate in hotel investment from Cornell Univeristy, NY, School of Hotel Administration. He is a member of RICS.
