Tomasz Hofman

Tomasz Hofman has been appointed as the director of the Riviera shopping centre in Gdynia. He is an experienced shopping centre manager with a deep knowledge of the retail and logistic operations. Prior to working in shopping centre management, he was formulated marketing strategies for FMCG companies.

He has worked on increasing the value of shopping centres for 10 years. In 2010, he managed the Piast shopping centre (which has now been renamed Atrium Molo) in Szczecin. He was involved in the redevelopment and rebranding of the centre while ensuring that the centre remained open during the time of the work and worked on every stage of the project from the cost management and work scheduling to tenant coordination and finalising the rebranding. In 2012 he was appointed the director of Złote Tarasy in Warsaw and was responsible for not only the centre management but also the optimisation of costs, services offered, administration, marketing and operations.
