Marta Słysz

Marta Słysz has been promoted to associate. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 and is now a senior consultant in the firm’s retail agency. She has ten years of experience in commercial real estate, acting both for real estate agents and developers. She also worked at Carrefour as head of commercialisation, DTZ and Metro Properties. She has experience in leasing both existing shopping centres, and those under construction, of developing tenant mix strategies and estimating future rents for retail projects coming onto the market or being recommercialised. Her key accounts include GTC and Pradera. Marta holds a real estate agent’s licence.
