has returned to the office agency team as the director of Landlord representation. He has almost 25 years ofexperience in Hungarian real estate, having joined Colliers as an office agent in 1993, and served as the managing director from 2001 to 2010. For the past six years, Michael has focused on Green Building Advisory, where he has built a pan-regional team across the EMEA and Asia which has certified over 1 mln sqm in 50 projects.
