has been appointed as head of the newly-created retail department. He has 16 years’ experience in the real estate sector, has become head of its newly-created retail department in Poland. Cresa’s retail team will provide tenant-only services, thus avoiding potential conflicts of interest in lease transactions. Szymon has supported brands such as TK Maxx and Foot Locker in entering the Polish market and worked with Brice, Costa Coffee and Marionnaud. He has also advised on the commercialisation of various retail schemes across the country, including regular shopping centres, outlet centres and retail parks. Szymon gained professional experience with Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, Neinver Polska and JLL. He is a graduate of Warsaw University, a CCIM and a member of RICS.
