Marta Machus-Burek

has been appointed as a partner. She oversees a team of 14 and has over 20 years of experience which spans across strategic advisory for shopping centre owners and investors, mixed-use projects, as well as shopping centre value management, leasing and marketing. Marta also provides strategic advisory for retail chains, including expansion plans and competition analysis. She also advises on investment strategies for the acquisition and sale of retail chains. During her career, Marta has advised such clients as Carrefour, IKEA, Futureal, Credit Suisse, TK Development, Heitman, and Neinver. She graduated in management from Warsaw University and is a member of the core EMEA retail group within Colliers, which is a platform for sharing knowledge and experience among retail real estate experts.
