Lilianna Kurzydłowska

has been appointed the HR director for Poland and the CEE. Monika Szachowska, who leads the HR centre of expertise and Aleksandra Wolska who leads the HR Business Partners team will now report to her, thus consolidating two previously separate teams. Lilianna graduated from the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, where she received a Master's degree in psychology. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in management psychology from the University of Wrocław and studied at the Innovation Academy co-organized by the ICAN Institute and Harvard Business Review, as well as at the University of Warsaw where she took part in the Advanced Leadership Program. Prior to joining JLL, she spent nine years as the HR leader in AstraZeneca’s R&D centre.
