Scott Dwyer

Scott Dwyer has been promoted to the position of COO, effective from October 1st 2017. Originally from Australia, Scott has been CEO of Poland at Atrium since joining the group in October 2014, and has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of the group’s Polish operations. He has over 20 years’ experience in Central and Eastern European markets having been employed in several senior executive positions within the real estate industry. Previously he was at Heitman International where he was employed as a portfolio manager. From 2009-2012, Scott was the general manager at ING Real Estate Development with responsibilities for CEE, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. From 2002 Scott spent seven years with Rodamco Europe/Unibail-Rodamco expanding and managing its CEE portfolio as its managing director Central Europe. Scott has a business degree from the University of Technology Sydney and is a qualified CPA.
