Jędrzej Suchowolec

has been appointed to the position of senior advisor in the capital markets department. He will be responsible for providing investment consultancy, transaction coordination, due diligence and financial analyses. Jędrzej has been several years’ professional experience having previously been employed by Cushman & Wakefield. He advised on the acquisition of the Riviera Shopping Centre in Gdynia by Union Investment, as well as the acquisition of the Focus Mal lshopping centres in Zielona Góra and PiotrkówTrybunalski by Rockcastle and the sale of the Ogrody Shopping Centre in Elbląg by CBRE GI as well as the sale of the RECE portfolio. Jędrzej graduated in finance and accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a CEMS Master in international management from the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of St. Gallenin Switzerland.
