Igor Yankilevich

Igor Yankilevich has been appointed an Associate in the office agency and will be responsible for tenant representation. He is to advise key clients interested on renegotiating lease terms as well as on office relocations and space consolidation. He is also to work with the office fit out team and collaborate on analyses of employee needs regarding the working environment. Igor has 15 years of professional experience, including ten years in the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining Savills, he worked at Skanska Property Poland, where he was responsible for leasing the Spark complex in Warsaw, as well as the Nowa Fabryczna and Brama Miasta in Łódź. Previously, while working for Cushman & Wakefield, he advised tenants in regional markets and specialised in providing services for the financial, medical and BPO sectors.
