Nadezhda Martynova

Nadezhda Martynova has joined as head of retail tenant representation. She will be responsible for representing retailers in the real estate market. Nadezhda has spent more than ten years in the retail business. Over the last two years, she worked for IKEA Centers Russia, the largest retail real estate market player in Russia and was responsible for creating the tenant mix in existing Mega malls in such cities as Moscow and St Petersburg. Earlier, Nadezhda was involved in a number of mall projects with Cushman & Wakefield, as well as JLL. Her portfolio includes malls, such as Columbus and Gagarinsky in Moscow, Leto in St Petersburg, Tau Gallery in Saratov, and OZ Mall in Krasnodar.
