Fergus Stewart

Fergus Stewart has been appointed as vice president for luxury operations. He has been with IHG since 2008 when he was appointed the general manager of the ANA InterContinental Tokyo. Later he was appointed director of operations for Thailand and Indochina, before returning to Japan as CEO of the IHG/ANA joint venture and the head of Japan. Most recently, he was based in Dubai as vice president of operations for the Middle East, where he was responsible for over 70 hotels across seven countries. Starting his career in London, Fergus has held hotel roles in locations such as Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Spain and the UK, working for several luxury hotel brands.
