Miroslav Mendl

Miroslav Mendl has been appointed a partner. He is the head of human resources and has been with the company since 2012 when he joined as the head of the HR department for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Since joining the company he has set up new processes, including a retention strategy and a referral strategy involving rewards for new employees. He has more than fifteen years of experience, including twelve in HR. Previously he was employed at Hilti CZ. Miroslav graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden. He spends his free time with his family, travelling and cycling.
