Małgorzata Wąsowska has been appointed partner. She is a tax adviser with many years’ experience in consultancy. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions as well as share and asset transactions. She has been involved in a number of complex real estate and share investment projects (including due diligence work and investment optimisation) with regard to tax. Małgorzata is responsible for day-to-day tax advice to the construction and development, real estate, automotive and e-commerce sectors as well as to financial markets.
