EPP

Sylwia Piechnik has been appointed head of office leasing. She will be responsible for the commercialisation and re-commercialisation of EPP-owned office properties, including the preparation of leasing strategies, tenant acquisition, and lease agreement negotiations. She comes to EPP from HB Reavis Poland where she worked as a senior leasing manager. She has been working in the commercial real estate sector for more than 13 years. Before 2013, she was employed by Yareal Polska in various positions the most recent of which was the head of leasing and sales. Prior to Yareal, Sylwia was an architect and project manager at ECI Group and also worked for real estate consulting firm Couderq Binswanger Poland. She holds a master's degree in architecture and urban design from the Krakow University of Technology.
