Marie Baláčová

Marie Baláčová has become the head of Cushman & Wakefield’s research team for the Czech and Slovak Republics. She joined the company’s research team in May 2017 as a senior analyst. Since November 1st, she has been at the helm of the market research team for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Her duties includes collecting and analysing data related to the real estate market. At the same time she is to focus on evaluating the socio-economic impact of and the relationships between retail property markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Marie graduated from the University of Economics in Prague in International European Studies and Diplomacy and was a visiting Fullbright Scholar at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She speaks English, German and Russian and her hobbies include playing the piano, opera singing and dancing.
