Fraser Watson

Fraser Watson has been appointed head of valuation and advisory and will take over the post from January 2018. He has thirteen years experience across the European real estate market. While at Cushman & Wakefield Czech Republic, Fraser worked in both the valuation and investment departments. He then worked as a regional development leader for Amrest in CEE and for the last three years has been head of Real Estate Europe (except for UK and Ireland) for Sports Direct.com, where he held strategic responsibility for sixteen countries and over 180 stores, managing rea; estate and preparing and appraising expansion opportunities.
