Stuart Beety

Stuart Beety has been appointed senior vice president for business development and will join Skanska’s central and eastern Europe commercial development unit’s management team. Stuart has almost 20 years’ experience working in real estate and financial markets. Most recently he was head of corporate real estate responsible for the EMEA region at Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for real estate strategy and portfolio management. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley in New York and London. Based in London, he will be responsible for business development and market making in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania. His role is to strengthen international occupier engagement and foster long-term collaborative partnerships with clients across Western Europe who seek office space in the CEE region.
