Peter Kaineder

Peter Kaineder has been appointed strategy director and will be responsible for mergers and acquisitions as well as investor relations in the company. He has 17 years of investment banking experience, having begun his career at UniCredit CAIB, where he was part of a team responsible for investing in emerging markets. He was involved in holding the IPO of Amrest. Next, as the head of emerging capital in Kepler Cheuvreux, he built a professional team and established a business partnership with UniCredit. His recent experience includes managing the equity department at Erste Bank and co-managing the emerging market business at Berenberg Bank. During his career Peter has been involved in over 150 transactions on the capital market in Europe.
