Karel Klečka

Karel Klečka has been appointed director of capital markets He has been professionally involved in real estate and financial markets for more than ten years. Most recently, he served as a director and board member at Patria Investment Company, where he was responsible for the market launch of the organisation, which included securing the relevant permits and licences, structuring the first investment funds, acquiring clients-investors and conducting real estate acquisitions. Earlier, he had worked at the Czech and UK branches of international real estate advisory firms DTZ, JLL and King SturgeHe graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, majoring in economics and real estate management, and he also studied at Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom.
