Mateusz Walewski

Mateusz Walewski has been appointed chief economist and the director of the office for research and analysis at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. He has over 20 years of professional experience and for the last six years he was the chief economist at PwC. He specialises in modelling the effects of regulations and public policies. Prior to PwC he spent 14 years at the international CASE research institute. Mateusz studied economics at the University of Warsaw and the University of Sussex.
