Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk

Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk has joined the supervisory board. He was nominated for the position by Investors TFI. He is a financier with 18 years of experience in investment banks and global corporations and has extensive knowledge of capital markets, stock exchanges and of investment funds. He is an adviser to the management board of KGHM on foreign investments and corporate strategy. He was the vice-president of development and strategy at EmiTel and a manager in the market research department of Credit Suisse. Krzysztof has ten years of experience as a member of supervisory boards in companies listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange.
