Andrzej Szczepanik

Andrzej Szczepanik has joined as an associate in the Łódź regional office and will represent office tenants that are expanding or locating their business on the Łódź market. Andrzej has been associated professionally with the real estate market since 2011. Prior to joining Colliers International, he held the position of business development manager in OPG Property Professionals in Łódź, where he was responsible for business creation, as well as for company and project marketing. He was involved in creating new business lines and services for investors, property owners and tenants. He also coordinated market research projects in the office, residential and student housing markets in Łódź.
