Emma Swinnerton

Emma Swinnerton has been appointed as international partner and the head of flexible leasing solutions. She will have a region-wide consultancy role focusing on the flexible office and co-working market and will provide strategic advice to operators, landlords, investors, and new entrants on how to respond to the changing market.

Emma’s experience includes working for Regus, where she held the role of global commercial director for spaces and new formats. She began her career with British Airways where she was promoted to a senior role in global product development. This included overseeing a USD 300 mln commercialisation programme involving in-flight technology.
