Łukasz Kaszewski

has been promoted to managing director of the MDM Hotel after having spent ten years employed by the Syrena Hotels group. He is now responsible for the management of the entire building at Plac Konstytucji 1, in which the MDM hotel is based. As well as the hotel itself he is responsible for the management of office and retail space and the Upstairs Bar & Bistro. Łukasz graduated from the Higher School of Gastronomy Hospitality and Tourism. His first position in the hospitality industry was as a room cleaner in the UK. After returning to Poland, he started work for the Syrena Hotels group as a receptionist at the Polonia Palace Hotel, where he was first promoted to shift manager, and then to the deputy head of the reception. Before being promoted to general manager, he worked as the deputy general manager of the Polonia Palace Hotel , a position he held for over two years

As well as the day to day running of the hotel, he is to be responsible for coordinating the renovation of the façade of the hotel.
