Over the following years he was employed in many hotels, including those run both independently and by global chains He has held positions in the Holiday Inn in Kraków, the Holiday Inn in Katowice, the InterContinental hotel in Warsaw, Andel's hotel in Kraków, the Hotel SPA Dr Irena Eris Wzgórza Dylewskie and the Baltic Plaza Hotel in Kołobrzeg. Before joining HPMG, Jerzy Podeszewski was the managing director of the Grand Hotel Rzeszów.
