Štěpán Smrčka

Štěpán Smrčka has been appointed head of office agency and will be responsible for business development, international office clients and a full range of services provided to office landlords and developers. He has almost six years’ experience in commercial real estate, most recently as head of sales at Passerinvest Group,. where he focused on the leasing and sales activities of BB Centrum in Prague and Nová Karolína in Ostrava, including managing the leasing/sales team, leasing terms negotiation with large and international clients, leasing agreement coordination, responsibility for preparation and moving in process as well as business development and proactive relationship activities towards tenants.

Štěpán was responsible for a number of notable transactions covering mostly corporate tenants including Hewlett-Packard – 21,000 sqm, Microsoft – 12,000 sqm, Stora Enso – 2,500 sqm, PRO.MED.CS – 2,300 sqm or UPS - 1,000 sqm.
