Petr Florián

Petr Florián has been appointed senior office agent. He has more than five years´ experience in the commercial real estate sector and joins Savills from CBRE, where he worked as an office consultant, responsible for business development, tenant and landlord representation and consultancy services for the Prague office market. Prior to CBRE, Petr was a leasing manager at developer CTP,where he was responsible for leasing of office projects in Brno. At Savills, his main responsibilities will be the tenant representation, lease agreement negotiations and business development for the office agency team as weill as the commercialisation of Savills office properties under management including the preparation of leasing strategies.
