Dariusz Forysiak

Dariusz Forysiak has been promoted to director in the investment services department at Colliers International. He is still to be responsible for the development of the specialised retail investment business line within the department and will focus on advising on the purchase and sale of retail properties, building relationships with investors and retail operators active on the Polish market as well as sourcing retail-focused capital.
He has over 20 years of professional experience on the real estate market. He began his career at IKEA and was employed in Poland, Sweden and Lithuania. Directly before joining the Colliers he held the position of acquisition manager at IKEA Centres Polska and was responsible for business development and company’s investment plans. He was involved in property acquisitions for both single buildings and real estate portfolios, including such transactions as the acquisition of Wola Park in Warsaw. He worked closely with such companies as EPP, Blackstone, Griffin Real Estate, Caelum, Immochan, Castorama, Acteum, Plaza Centers, and MMG.
Dariusz graduated from Kozminski University in Warsaw in Business & Management. He completed a course in advanced business negotiation organised by the Scandinavian Purchasing Group, as well as a course in finance at the University of Lund in Sweden.
