Kinga Bloch

Kinga Bloch has been promoted to partner. She has more than twelve years of human resources experience, having previously been employed in the telecommunications and IT industries. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she spent nearly nine years working in the IT industry. At Cushman & Wakefield, she is responsible for creating a friendly work environment, as well as for fostering a culture of shared responsibility and employee engagement. She has been responsible for projects for improving managerial skills and for introducing both flexible working practices and hot desking as well as for the WellBeing@Work programme.
