Marta Abratowska-Janiec

Marta Abratowska-Janiec has been appointed a manager and will be responsible for asset management and hotel development. Previously she was a senior consultant in the hotel investment department at CBRE Poland. Over her career she has worked with major developers and investment funds, advising on hotel sales transactions, management negotiations and lease agreements with global hotel chains. Before joining CBRE she worked for the hospitality consultancy Horwath HTL. Marta holds a degree in tourism from the University of Warsaw and has also received a certificate in hotel real estate management and asset management from Cornell University. She also attended the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and the University of Karl Marx in Trier and holds numerous certificates and qualifications including from the ESSEC Business School and the PRINCE2 Foundation.
