Lodewijk Zweers

Lodewijk Zweers has been appointed to the newly created role of head of capital and operations. He will be responsible for capital raising and investor relations activities across Europe and will also take on the day-to-day management of European operations including HR, marketing, investor relations, research, IT and sustainability. Having spent over 20 years in board level positions and being the founder of a variety of real estate fund management, private equity, and consultancy businesses, Lodewijk has a wealth of experience in strategy, business development and capital management. Prior to becoming a strategic consultant, he held several senior private equity appointments including the managing director for European capital markets at Granite Investment Group and CEO of ZOM Holland. Lodewijk holds a degree in law from the University of Leiden and a MSc in real estate from the University of Amsterdam.
