Dagmara Filipiak

Dagmara Filipiak has been appointed head of retail tenant representation. She has been employed by in JLL for twelve years. Over this time, she has advised for brands such as LC Waikiki, Menya Musashi, Merlin Entertainments, Daniel Wellington, Parques Reunidos, Roll&Go, Optique, and Biotech. She has also worked with Toys’R’Us, Kari, Debenhams, Claire's and Hollister. She was responsible for the commercialisation and recommercialisation of well-known retail developments such as Klif and Blue City in Warsaw, Forum Gdańsk, Galeria Koszalin, Renoma in Wrocław, and Galeria Kazimierz I in Kraków. Dagmara also has experience of developing long-term leasing strategies in shopping centres, preparing market analyses and brokering and renegotiating leases.
