Grzegorz Chmielak

Grzegorz Chmielak has been promoted to head of valuation and advisory across the CEE region having previously held the same position with responsibility just for Poland. He is to lead the organisation and co-ordination of pitches and client relationship management with regard to property valuations in Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Montenegro, Estonia and Bulgaria. Grzegorz has over 20 years of experience in the property market. He was appointed head of valuation for Poland in 2011. Prior to joining Knight Frank, he worked in banks and consulting companies in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and completed his post-graduate studies at Sheffield Hallam University in property valuations and property management. He is a licensed property valuer, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds an MBA from the Business Academy in Nowy Sącz and the National Louis University.
