Laurent Maes

Laurent Maes has been appointed to the role of senior vice president for group controlling and business planning. He joins Radisson Hospitality from Johnson & Johnson, where he has spent 16 years in finance and control. His last position at Johnson & Johnson was senior finance director of the California Innovation Center. Prior to this, he held the responsibility of finance director for the Nordic region and was senior finance director and chief financial officer for Johnson & Johnson, Germany. Laurent is a Belgian national, who speaks English, French, Dutch and German fluently. He holds an MBA from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School (Belgium) and holds a master’s degree in applied economics and engineering from the University of Antwerp. Laurent will be based at Radisson Hospitality‘s headquarters in Brussels, reporting to Federico J. González, the president & CEO, and Knut Kleiven, the deputy president and chief financial officer.
