Michał Ławniczak

Michał Ławniczak has been appointed head of the internal audit department and will be responsible for analysing internal procedures to ensure they comply with governing laws as well as internal company standards. He will also recommend corrective measures to help optimise the business and reduce potential financial, operational and legal risks. Michał gained his experience as an auditor and financial controller in the real estate and construction industries while being employed by Deloitte and Atrium. He has audited many of the large corporate groups listed on the WSE. He has also advised on restructuring and been involved in large international acquisitions and acted as a financial consultant on matters such as business modelling and forecasting.
