Marek Dąbrowski

Marek Dąbrowski has joined the company’s retail agency as a food and beverage consultant. He has more than 20 years of operational and management experience in Ho-Re-Ca. Marek was responsible for launching a restaurant chain Vapiano on the Polish market and had been its General Manager and Management Board President for eight years. He was also involved in the opening of the hotel Campanile Warsaw, where he worked as a deputy director and F&B manager. He completed Management and Marketing at the Warsaw School of Management (specialisation: Enterprise and Human Resources Management).
