has been promoted to head of office with a special focus on co-working and PropTech. He will also remain the main contact person in business relations with clients in the CEE region. He has worked for global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield since the early days of his professional career in the commercial property industry in Poland. For more than 20 years he has been responsible for business strategy development as well as building up the office agency team. He has cooperated with both real estate landlords and tenants, and closed more than 1.2 million sqm of lease transactions. His most recent and prestigious mandates on the Warsaw office market include Millennium Bank (18,500 sqm), Citibank (18,500 sqm) and WeWork (29,000 sqm). Since 2016 he has been very much involved in CEE markets helping strengthen the firm’s position in respect to office developers and key occupiers.
