Marcin Gomoła

Marcin Gomoła has been appointed CEO. He is a graduated in law and administration from the University of Warsaw and currently acts as the compliance officer at T-Mobile Polska. Previously he held the position of general counsel and regulatory affairs advisor for financial markets at Ernst & Young. Between 2006-2007 he was deputy chairman of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and between 2004-2006 he was the legal director at ComputerLand. Marcin also has experience in M&A transactions and in the acquisition and sale of real estate, which he acquired while employed by Gessel. From 2008-2013 he held the position of ombudsman for the arbitration court at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He was also involved in the drafting of the anti-corruption standards adopted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange in October 2018
