Rafał Elżanowski

Rafał Elżanowski has been appointed development director and replaces Craig Boshard. He will be responsible for the modernisation, expansion and redevelopment of buildings in the company's portfolio in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Lithuania. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction market, having previously held the position of technical director for the Central and Eastern Europe at Multi Corporation. Prior to joining Multi he held the position of investment director at Neinver Polska and was responsible for managing construction and development projects across Poland and Western Europe. During his career he has also worked for Globe Trade Centre. Rafał graduated in environmental engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology and also holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Sheffield.
